Inmarsat joins Project HEART with connectivity for single-pilot ops
Inmarsat's inflight connectivity network could soon be part of a hydrogen-powered regional flying scheme in the United Kingdom. The effort, driven by the UK government, will also explore the option of single-pilot operations for commercial flights, using the data network to offer support for that pilot while in the sky.

TSA offers automated, touchless photo ID and flight verification at all LAX security screening checkpoints | Transportation Security Administration
Travelers at LAX will no longer need to hand their ID and boarding pass to a TSA agent to enter the secure area. The airport is the first in the country to shift 100% of its checkpoints to the automated Credential Authentication Technology system that validates the ID and automatically checks flight manifests to verify that the passenger is booked.
